Located approximately half an hour's drive from the heart of Brisbane's CBD, Brighton has attracted many buyers looking for a lifestyle incorporating the outdoors and the water.
Brighton's population has shifted from established families towards younger families in recent times. The redevelopment of the foreshore has seen an increase in the number of restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities including city council swimming pools. Flinders Parade which borders the bay is one of the most popular spots with numerous bike and walk ways.
The area also provides access to lagoons and deep-water creeks allowing trawlers to moor.
